In 2021, Country Garden continuously improved its safety management system. We strictly abide by national laws and regulations such as the Construction Law of the People's Republic of China, the Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Safety Production Management of Construction Projects and the Regulations on Quality Management of Construction Projects; formulated a number of internal regulations such as Safety Post Setting and Safety Guarantee Incentive Measures of Country Garden Group, Measures of Punishment for Major Hidden Dangers in Projects of Country Garden Group, and Incentive Measures of Joint Safety Inspection in Regional Construction Units of Country Garden Group; and revised Operation and Management System of Country Garden Group and other internal regulations to enhance its safety management and supervision.
